I’m Lucy Boehm, an interior designer due to graduate with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from the University of South Australia in early 2025. From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how thoughtful design can transform spaces and enhance our everyday lives. Growing up alongside my family’s cabinetry business, I developed a keen attention to detail, a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, and an understanding of the dedication required to produce high-quality work. These values were instilled in me early on, and I believe they provide a strong foundation for creating thoughtful, high-quality designs that truly make a difference in the spaces we live in. My six years as a supervisor at Drakes Supermarket honed my skills in exceptional customer service and collaboration, which are values that continue to shape my design process.
With expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, InDesign, and 3D rendering, I bring creative visions to life with precision and professionalism. I am passionate about creating designs that simplify daily living, ensuring spaces feel intuitive, functional, and timeless. I believe great design should seamlessly integrate into life, enhancing it visually and practically. My approach is always client-centered, focusing on tailored solutions that meet individual needs, rather than following the latest trends.
I draw inspiration from the world around me, from the natural beauty of landscapes to the expressive qualities of art and culture. Outside of interior design, I am constantly exploring new creative outlets, whether it’s painting, crochet, sewing, or restoring old Volkswagens. I believe that inspiration comes not only from the world around us but also from the experiences we create for ourselves. This constant pursuit of learning fuels my passion for design and enhances my ability to create unique, thoughtful solutions for each project I undertake.
